Creative Mix Media Art - Suits 4 years old to 8 years old

Teddy Bear Soft Pastel Drawing


Duration: 3 sessions at 1 hour 30 minutes per session.

Period: From the week of 31st March 2021 until the week of 14th April 2021.


Learning Points:

  • Soft Pastel drawing and colouring techniques

  • Relationship of foreground and background in a 2D drawing

  • Shadows and highlights


Teddy bears are popular children's toys, celebrated in stories, songs, and films. It is the most popular gift for children and are often given to adults to signify love, affection, congrats and sympathy.

21st Kanagawa Biennial World Children’s Art Exhibition - Another milestone achieved!

We just received news that our selected entries sent to Japan has achieved the Kanagawa Prize award in the 21st Kanagawa Biennial World Children’s Art Exhibition!


We are proud to represent Singapore and we are proud of our Creative Mix Media Art little artists!

Ocarina (AP)

Art Preneurship - Suits 12 years old and above

Duration: 9 sessions at 2 hrs per session Period: The week of 24th March 2021 until the week of 19th May 2021


Learning Points:

  • History of wind instruments and Ocarina

  • Ceramic hand building skills

  • Pottery throwing skills

  • Combining pottery thrown works with ceramic hand building

  • Sculpture and Underglazing

The invention of musical instruments using clay has led to the evolution of today's beautiful symphonies and orchestras. Wind instruments, especially, goes way back 43,000 years ago where these instruments met different purposes such as hunting, calling, ceremonial, etc. The Ocarina, a ceramic wind instrument, is an Italian invention that creates beautiful tunes heard in orchestras today.


In this upcoming Art Preneurship project, our young artists will be led to understand how wind instruments work and they shall work with ceramic hand building and pottery throwing to create their own Ocarina. The picture displayed is just the small version. Look forward to a larger Ocarina creating much louder and beautiful tunes created by them!
