My Cute Unicorn Coin Bank - Ceramic Handbuilding Art Workshop

Our recent September Holiday Art Workshop: My Cute Unicorn Coin Bank.

The kids had a wonderful time making their own coin bank from scratch using ceramic clay. Learning ceramic handbuilding techniques, all of them were able to create their very own unicorn from blocks of clay!

The Colors of Wassily Kandinsky (CFA)

Creative Fine Art - Suits 8 years old to 11 years old

Previously known as Art Foundation

Project Duration: 8 lessons at 2 hours per lesson.

Period: From the week of 13th October 2021 until the week of 1st December 2021.

Wassily Kandinsky, a professor of Law and Economics, a russian painter and art theorist, is a pioneer of the abstract art movement. Kandinsky began painting studies (life-drawing, sketching and anatomy) at the age of 30. Kandinsky's paintings overlap freely to form paintings of extraordinary force. Music was important to the birth of abstract art, since music is abstract by nature—it does not try to represent the exterior world, but expresses in an immediate way the inner feelings of the soul. Biomorphic forms with supple, non-geometric outlines appear in his paintings—forms which suggest microscopic organisms but express the artist's inner life.

In this upcoming Creative Fine Art project, we shall lead our junior artists into the world of abstract art and with the power of colors, our junior artists will create the most amazing colourful abstract masterpiece ever!
